• innocently started with: tarantino fest
• sporadic roadtrip to LOST angeles (hollywood blvd, elena, kate & one l.a. jewish diner)
• back to SB for pancake breakfast and pirate excursions with the robertsons
• later that day: old school family friends [kate and family] playing midwest hick games, winning in ultimate adult-versus-college-students trivial pursuit tournament [it truly was epic], general funnnnn
• and then….
• beaches, exploring, cooool bars, summer solstice parade planning (lara is DJing for a friend’s parade here in town) and realizing over & over that we are here —once again — in the loveliest little southern californian town
